Below is the appearance of an angel to the sleeping prophet and Elijah with Elisha on the banks of the Jordan river. At top is the fiery ascension on the chariot of the prophet, facing Elisha, who receives mantle from him. On the left is the blessing right hand. Below is the scene of the Passion into Hell: Christ in mandorla holds the hand of the kneeling Adam, with his left hand pointing to the gates of heaven.
